Don't Stop Collaborating--Just Stop Creating New Collaborations

This policy brief calls attention to the problem of collaboration overload, and suggests ways to tackle it.This paper provides seven strategies for minimizing duplicative collaboratives and maximizing the use of existent structures so that collaboration can be efficient and effective.
