Levels of Implementation Tool
The Levels of Implementation Tool provides a framework for assessing your initiative's progress in eleven domains of program implementation. Three levels of implementation -- low, medium, and full -- are illustrated within the tool. During year 2, your Technical Assistance Specialist will use the tool to help you develop an agenda for a two day consultation visit focused on implementation. You may use the tool yourself to identify areas of strength and challenge; you may also engage your Core Management Team on assessing progress using the tool.
