Performance Reporting from an Evaluation Perspective (GPRA+)

Meeting:
SS/HS Evaluation Conference (FY 2009)
Date:
January 15, 2010 - 1:30pm - 2:25pm
Presenter(s):
Michelle Bechard, Karen Dorsey, and Dan Diehl

This session focuses on SS/HS performance reporting requirements and how the Local Evaluator can support the Project Director in developing the two reports required each year: a Comprehensive Report and a GPRA/Budget Update Report. Local Evaluators perform an important and critical role in qualitatively and quantitatively documenting overall performance, accomplishments, and challenges. The session includes a discussion of the challenges grantees have faced in collecting and reporting data for the six GPRA measures.
