Peter Bergh serves as Director of Information Technology and Media for EDC's Health and Human Development Division. He provides management and leadership to assess and deploy relevant emerging technologies, consults with project teams on their application of technology, leads project-specific technology applications, ensures project Web sites are in compliance with funder requirements, and leads teams to efficiently infuse technology and maximize its utility to EDC’s clients.

Mr. Bergh has more than 10 years of experience directing and developing Web sites for a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors. His projects have required the management of multidisciplinary and multi-site teams and include technical assistance and document management systems, organizational performance management systems, e-learning systems, virtual community sites, and procurement and supply chain systems.

Mr. Bergh is also expert in organizational and process performance assessment and design. He has worked with many organizations and projects to define appropriate metrics and to put systems in place for their tracking and reporting. He worked with the U.S. Coast Guard to implement performance measurement systems to track the effectiveness of the services delivered by their organizational performance consultants. He also designed and developed a highly effective performance measurement collection and assessment program for a major division of 3COM’s Santa Clara, California operation. Mr. Bergh has an M.S. in Quality Systems Management from Anna Maria College and an M.S. and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from SUNY Syracuse.
