Jen Minotti

Jen has over 15 years experience applying communication technologies in numerous settings; designing e-telecommunications and online professional development activities; developing interactive Web sites; designing, teaching, and facilitating online courses; establishing and sustaining online communities; evaluating eLearning activities; developing research agendas in the area of instructional technology and distance learning; designing interactive databases; managing online content; integrating technology in public and educational settings; and providing technology training. Outside of EDC, Jen has taught graduate level online courses in Instructional Technology & the Internet. Jen holds a B.S. in Mass Communications/Public Relations from Boston University, an M.A. in Instructional Technology & Media from Columbia University, and an Ed.M. in Communications & Education from Columbia University. She also holds a Certificate of Distance Education from the State University of West Georgia.
